PREPARING FOR PICTURE DAY

This is information all parents, coaches, and players should know before picture day.
We strive to make your picture day easy, quick, and as stress free as possible.  These simple guidelines will help to make things easier for everyone.  Please take a few moments to read this over before your picture day.

COACHES AND MANAGERS

Order Forms
Please give each player on your team an order form at least 1 week prior to picture day.  This will give parents an opportunity to go over our products and fill out the form in advance, making things go smoother on picture day.

Picture Time
Please advise your team to arrive 15 minutes prior to your team’s scheduled picture time to allow for late
comers.

On Picture Day:

Arrive early
Please arrive early!  Upon arrival, gather your team and stay together as a group.

Check-in
Please check in with one of our friendly attendants 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time whether all your players have arrived or not.  You will sign in and receive your instructions at that time.  No need to wait to check in until all of your players have arrived, we’ll start on your player’s individual pictures at your scheduled picture time, even if you are missing players.  If players are still missing just prior to your team picture, we cannot promise that we will be able to wait for them.

Completed order forms
Every player who is ordering pictures must have a completed order form along with exact cash payment, check, etc. before entering the photography area.

Cashiers available
Please direct your parents to one of our friendly cashiers if help is needed to fill out forms or to pay with a credit card.

Players and Coaches Only in the Photography Area
Our coordinator will direct you to our staging area.  We ask that only players and coaches enter the photography area.   We understand that some younger players may need additional assistance from their parents but we ask that this be kept to a minimum.  Any parents within the photo area are there to help the coach with all of the players, not just one.  Keeping the area free of congestion allows for a smoother operation and results in an easy, quick, and stress-free Picture Day.

Keep players in line from shortest to tallest
While waiting in the photography area, it is your responsibility to keep the players in an orderly line.  The line should be single file and from shortest to tallest.

Double Check
In the staging area please double-check that:

1) Jerseys are tucked.

2) Strings are tucked into pants.

3) Faces are clean.

4) Hats and/or hair in place.

5) Shoes are tied.

6) Pose is selected.

Please No Parent Photography
Parents are not allowed to take pictures within the photo area. This distracts the players, slows down the process, and potentially reduces the quality of the photographs if players are looking away at the parents. Please respect this policy and allow us the opportunity to make the best possible photographs in an undistracted environment.
